The project for the new Visitor Center at Oberes Belvedere in Vienna aims to enhance the visitor experience by seamlessly integrating the center into the historic complex. The design respects the existing architectural and landscape geometry while providing functional spaces such as a ticket area, shop, and café. The center features a circular, ramped promenade that guides visitors through different levels, connecting the Belvedere's interior and exterior spaces. Sustainable materials and lighting, as well as minimal interventions in the historic structure, ensure that the new center complements the Baroque ensemble without disrupting its historical integrity.
